All examples use the login lh304200 and domain itx.cz. Please use your domain and login for your needs.

FTP Setting:

The IP address should always be itx.cz, and the alternative IP address (in case of non-functioning domain) is hostime.cz. The login has the form of the assigned ID, thus lh304200. Note: after being connected, you will be in the root directory of the website which contains the tmp and www_root directories, the presentation itself must be uploaded in the www_root directory. Please do not remove these folders.

FTPS Settings (secured FTP):

We use FTPS on port 990, with an explicit ssl channel. For example, for FileZilla, you must set "FTPES - FTP via explicit TSL/SSL".

Another way to access the website other than via the domain:

Each client also has, besides the www access via domain via http://itx.cz, an alias in the form http://lh304200.agy.hostime.cz.

The absolute path is /domains1/lh304200/public/www_root/.

Administrative URL at phpMyAdmin/email settings/etc..:

Bar with links to the administrative applications can be found at http://itx.cz:8080.

E-mail settings/webmail access:

POP3 (port 110)/POP3S (port 995)/IMAP (port 143)/IMAPS (993)/SMTP (port 25)/SMTPS (port 465) can be set to mail.hostime.cz. Secure version set to SSL. We recommend using the SMTP of your internet provider. The login for e-mail is always the entire e-mail address in the form This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . URL to the web e-mail interface s are http://webmail.hostime.cz (squirrel) or http://webmail2.hostime.cz (roundcube).
